Some time ago, I created an “interspecies syndicate” in Galactic Civilizations IV’s Alien GPT generator. It worked quite well and, as always, it gave me a number of pictures to choose from from the game’s library. I chose this one. At the time, it was just because I needed a spokesman for the Syndicate (as it could include any species as members). But now, I began to think about this.
